NATIONAL ACCOUNTS PROJECT MANAGERI Planned, executed, and closed install projects for commercial grade fire, burglar, access control, and CCTV systems for National accounts such as Reliant Real Estate, Amazon, and Tyler Perry Studios. This involved creating scopes based on contract details and sales notes, sourcing technicians and vendors, scheduling, and occasionally leading the installation from onsite. I Negotiated pricing for material, labor, and change orders.• Registered and troubleshot radios from Honeywell, NAPCO / Starlink, Telguard, AES, and others.• Familiar with Door King, Open Tech Alliance, PTI, and other access control systems.• Submitted expense reports through the Concur application, provided senior management with budget projections, reviewed and approved labor & vendor invoice submissions.INSTALL SUPERVISORI also managed programs at times consisting over 180 projects for multi-location upgrades. These buildings typically had similar layouts and install processes such as Arby’s, Zaxby’s, Hooter’s, and Willy’s Mexicana Grill. These projects were executed by two coordinators under my supervision and budget guidelines. • Responsible for project success and for setting coordinator performance goals.

I acted as the vendor point of contact for Walmart, Kimberly Clark, and the U.S. Navy for heavy equipment, UPS, and telecommunications battery purchases and coordinated their packing, shipping, and delivery. • Became HAZMAT certified and created custom Bills of Lading for orders requiring full truck load (FTL) shipping. • Participated in the “Hunter Project” which tested the feasibility of having sales tasks added to the account manager processes; I was the only participant to take on responsibilities of acting regional sales manager.

Project ManagerNov 2015 – Apr 2017I led multiple teams and performed flood-damage inspections on over 2,000 vehicles for BMW Canada in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. I was responsible for every aspect of the project and its members which included: scheduling, purchasing airline tickets, making hotel and vehicle reservations, as well as providing daily transportation and meals for the teams while onsite.• Hybridized the original inspection process with an incremental “production line” methodology which increased efficiency by 50%.• Communicated with and updated dozens of stakeholders throughout the United States, Canada, and Germany.• Submitted expense reports and receipts for approval through the Concur application.Claims HandlerJan 2016 – Apr 2017As a claims handler, I was responsible for reviewing and submitting insurance claims on vehicles damaged during the import process for Mercedes, BMW, and Volkswagen to HDI Insurance for payment.• Was the first employee from the American branch to successfully complete Claim X Software Training and Claims Handling Training at DEKRA headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany.• Discovered and corrected a long-term reporting redundancy which uncovered a series of overpayments totaling over $400,000.• Created an excel function that automatically calculated the insurance payouts for each customer, performed currency conversions, and calculated billing for the claim submittals.Client Services CoordinatorNov 2015 – Apr 2017When not tasked with a project, my role was to act as liaison between the customer and the inspectors. As an agent with the Ryder Managed Maintenance Center, I directed maintenance on tractor-trailers for over 25 different customers and provided them with updates on repair progress in Ryder’s Virtual Maintenance Center.• Worked inbound and outbound calls for service and emergency breakdown assistance.
