I’ve seen the industry from many different angles. I’ve been involved in projects of all types and sizes, I’ve experienced mistakes and seen things go wrong more times than I care to remember. As well as running an architectural practice, I’ve lectured and taught at schools of architecture, mentored students preparing for professional practice exams, written articles for trade and consumer press, served on various professional bodies, acted as Expert Witness in a variety of legal cases and generally poked my nose into most corners of the industry.And I thought there might be a different way to make use of my knowledge and experience for the benefit of others. I also write a blog for men on the mature side of life (wherever that is) interested in living as well as they can. This covers other things that interest me such as clothes, grooming, food, fitness and design in all its forms.
