Provided 24/7 operational, system engineering, and integration support of space and ground data communication interface/maturation utilizing SBIRS Increment 1 Ground Control software for Air Force customers. Evaluated system architecture to identify disconnects and correct software and hardware issues to meet critical timing thresholds. Serve as the superintendent of standardization and evaluation to ensure 300+ personnel receive qualified training on the $3.2B SBIRS system related to ground and satellite software arrangements and processing procedures. Led and managed 20 military personnel through the launch and early orbit of 2 defense support program launches with various operating systems and remote ground station support. Worked closely with technical teams to design and develop systems for capturing and logging events, issues, anomalies, and alerts. Analyzed anomaly reporting processes to optimize the collection and delivery of reports to senior leaders and stakeholders.Administered training, testing, and evaluation to create improved SBIRS ground/satellite systems and mission processing procedures. Established lines of sight between operational requirements and specifications for several successful inspections.Evaluated and provided feedback and training recommendations to junior level soldiers under command.Tested, evaluated, and certified 4 ground and missile software builds.
