I have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams across a wide range of disciplines to a very high standard.I have always maintained a focus on the development and health and wellbeing of staff and colleagues.I have extensive experience managing risk and harm on a daily basis and problem solving in high pressure situations. A highly organised individual who has managed the implementation and review of organisational change at a county level. A fully accredited detective at a senior management level who has led a number of teams dealing with both volume and serious and complex crime.I am have now retired from Kent Police and have taken on a couple of new ventures.
