Responsible for the recruitment and placement of qualified candidates into client positions, guaranteeing the highest quality and comprehensive skill sets matching a wide variety of client needs.Full Responsibilities included: Reviewing and understanding job requisitions; maintaining open rapport with Account Managers Sourcing resumes to obtain qualified candidates Discussing requirements and developing strong relationships with potential candidates; gaining trust Submitting qualified candidates; matching skill sets to job requirements from “required to pluses” Working with Account Managers to set up interviews for candidates Guiding candidates through the interview process, discussing the details and expectations, and prepping Extending job offers to candidates Ensuring all the forms needed for drug and background checks, direct deposits, benefits, W-2 tax, W9’s, are sent out and completed timely and accurately Reviewing company benefits and options Prepping and ensuring candidate’s readiness for their first day of work Following up with newly placed candidates regarding job and performance status, including both client and placement satisfaction; timely resolving any issues with Account Manager Constantly following up with candidates, building long-lasting relationships
