Kevin E. Wolf serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Fund Administration and Product at Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC, overseeing Ultimus' Financial Administration teams, portfolio compliance and tax provisioning teams and contributing guidance and oversight of the Ultimus product offerings within the the areas of mutual fund servicing, ETF servicing, Retail Alternatives and Series Trust services. In addition, Kevin is serving as President [CEO] for the Northern Lights Fund Trust and Northern Lights Variable Trust and as President of the Northern Lights Fund Trust II. The “Northern Lights" trust complex is one of the largest and fastest growing shared fund trust offerings with a diverse and cutting edge product offering. Kevin also serves as an Assistant Treasurer for other fund trusts.

Kevin E. Wolf served as the President of Gemini Fund Services, LLC ("GFS")[2012-2019], overseeing GFS's Service Units, including fund administration, fund accounting and transfer agency. Kevin was tasked with providing strategic direction for his team of department leaders. Prior to this, Kevin served as the Executive Vice President of GFS, overseeing GFS's Fund Administration and Legal Administration units, responsible for providing administration services, including financial reporting, compliance reporting, performance reporting and treasury reporting with his staff of administrators. Kevin has over 25 years experience in the mutual fund industry. Prior to joining GFS eighteen years ago, Kevin was an Assistant Vice President in the Financial Reporting Department for Salomon Smith Barney Asset Management. He was responsible for the preparation of shareholder reporting for all Smith Barney, Salomon Bros. and Travelers mutual funds and variable annuity products while supervising and training a staff of reporting specialists.
