• To lead and motivate the sales team in order to drive sales, generate revenue, grow audience and strengthen brand awareness across the retail estate• To develop the retail and home delivery sale of all printed titles, to maximise all revenue and sales opportunities.• Ensure the sales team interact with retailers and other supply points to ensure that all MNA titles are available in sufficient quantities to maximise audience reach• To maximise the sales of all the paid for titles through the effective and efficient management of our home delivery agents to ensure all products are delivered within agreed deadlines. • Work closely with Distribution to ensure key retailers receive our newspaper titles at the most optimal times. • Create artwork and promotional literature for house adverts and marketing purposes• Develop staff through regular one to one meetings and annual performance reviews, training, sales team rotas’ and recruitment• Communicating business objectives to ensure all staff are focused on delivering against agreed KPI’s.
