This includes Sales Support, ROI analysis, Project Scope definition, sub contractor selection, material purchasing, project budget, and quality control. Directly supervised 8 people.

Responsible for Service Deployments within Deltacom’s Enterprise division, which made up the company’s largest and highest profile customers. Duties included cross-functional management of Engineering, Operations, and Billing. Represented Deltacom in the customer-facing role with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities included growing revenue, managing customer satisfaction, and project management for assigned accounts. Products and services include Managed Network Services, Satellite Services, Frame Relay, ATM, Internet, Voice, and Local Access.

Effectively sold COIN's LAN based “platform automation” and “credit processing” software systems while meeting or exceeding individual goals. Engaged prospects through cold calling/telemarketing; developed needs analysis; presented application software and proposals
