Kevin Erickson represents renewable energy developers, landowners, and other businesses with real estate and title matters. From 2006 until mid 2014 Kevin was an associate in the Energy Development practice group at Stoel Rives. His practice focused on site control for energy projects, purchase and sale of real property and energy projects, and title curative and survey matters. He has experience in the acquisition, leasing, development and sale of electric generation facilities, including wind farms and solar projects, across the country. Kevin has been a part of a teams that represent some of the largest renewable energy developers in the country with site control, acquisitions, title curative efforts, and other related transactions.
