Kevin Ferguson, Chief Development Officer for Albert A. Webb Associates, is dedicated to driving strategic growth through organizational planning and talent development. As a collaborative leader, Kevin uses his unique public and private background to develop organizations both internally and externally. His experience in organizational leadership, strategic facilitation and planning, professional recruitment and talent enrichment, as well as business development and marketing, enables him to lead organizations ensuring long-term operations, while realizing maximum profits compatible with quality work and sustainable growth. Kevin is a member of the Executive Committee with primary responsibilities over leading and managing the firm’s strategic initiatives and overseeing the operations within Business Development and Marketing, Associate Relations Management, and Administrative/Facilities Services. As a member of the Executive Team, Kevin collaborates with the Chief Executive Officer/President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operations Officer to consult on all other issues related to the finance, profit, leadership, and management of the organization with a focus on analyzing, communicating, and involving firm leadership in exceeding financial goals. Kevin serves as a key resource and representative to all associates, professional organizations, political representatives, clients, and community groups to ensure a strong firm reputation and profile within our geographic region, disciplines, and profession.Kevin received his M.A. in Educational Administration, B.A. in Sociology, and professional certificates in Public Relations & Marketing, and Human Resource Management all from the UC Riverside. He is a member of the Architects & Engineering Business Leaders (AEBL), the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), and the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM).
