Started an online training program for all supervisors and officers, to better train them on new skills and give them the needed tools to perform to the best of their abilities. Manage the officers that are assigned to various locations in North Georgia from Columbus, Macon and Augusta North. Make contact with Client Site Managers to assess how the companies’ services are being rendered and addressing any deficiencies as needed, up to and including replacing officers. Interviewing and hiring new officers as needed and providing them with guidance when they have questions. Ensure that vehicles that are assigned to a multi-site mobile patrol contract are properly maintained and officers are using them according to company standards. Assist with all areas of training including initial, OJT and weapons certification/recertification.

Supervise daily operations at the CDC Clifton Campus. Assist in scheduling as needed to include filling call offs as they arise. Report all Security incidents and maintenance issues as they arise. Also maintain the weapons assigned to the campus, making sure the weapons are properly cleaned and are in good operational condition, to include sending weapons out for service as needed and assigning weapons to new officers.
