I am an executive, advisor and board member with over 20 years of experience in the CPG and beverage industries. I help small to mid-sized, founder-led companies grow and thrive by leveraging my expertise in brand management, marketing management, and business strategy. I am the founder of East Cape Partners, an advisory firm that offers business, marketing, and board services to clients in various categories, such as beverages, spirits, beer and personal care. Currently, I am the full-time CMO at the fastest growing beer brand in the U.S., Garage Beer which is co-owned by Jason and Travis Kelce.I also serve on the board of directors of BrightLine, a leading adtech firm focused on streaming TV ad solutions. Previously, I was a board member of New Belgium Brewing, one of the country's largest craft beer companies that was acquired by Kirin in 2019. I have a strong track record of driving growth, innovation, and profitability for blue chip and private equity-owned companies, such as Unilever and Beam Suntory. As the Global CMO, I was part of the leadership team that took Beam public in 2011 and successfully sold to Suntory Holdings in 2014.
