Packaging materials development - artwork development (IPRO) and approval, cromalins development, cylinder purchasing, online artwork approval and order planning.9. Consolidating, managing, and coordinating new and updated graphics & packaging projects for the Promasidor Kenya Ltd. brand portfolio.10. Manage all packaging changes throughout designated region including day-to-day contact with frontline, regulatory, and other supporting agencies. Communicate key milestones and critical path timelines where applicable to all key stakeholders.11. Steer and drive packaging innovations and modifications.12. Product Redesign – upgrade of existing products or packaging materials by refreshing the packaging and product rations to maintain or improve product taste and consistency in the market.

Business process mapping- identification of every stakeholder and their roles in the business to establish operational norms, eliminate redundancies and enhance business continuity.2. Performing site gap analysis to identify existing and non-existent documentation and improvement areas across the organization. 3. Development of Standard Operating Procedures across the business including Supply chain and logistics, Finance, Marketing, Commercial Control, Operations and Quality.4. Development of policies and departmental manuals across the organization.5. Carrying out pre-ISO 22716 GMP for Cosmetics Audit covering the entirety of the standard’s scope.6. Development of a risk register for risks emanating from GMP audits and process for proactively identifying preventing future risks. 7. Development of a POPL GMP Manual for Cosmetics Production.8. Process Optimization to reduce waste in processes.

Developing validation protocols for the new product factory equipment and utilities- Installation Qualification protocols, Operational Qualification protocols and Performance Qualification protocols. 2. Effectively building capability in analytical and manufacturing processes on site by equipment design qualification, installation qualification, operational qualification, performance qualification and qualification reviews. 3. Performing Facility Qualification and ensuring it is cGMP compliant.4. Setting manufacturing processes and systems; Operation, maintenance and cleaning procedures and Batch manufacturing records.5. Development of departmental operating model, process gap analysis and standardization of manufacturing and associated operations. 6. Process and Performance Validation for new product factory manufacturing processes.7. Development of the Site Master File and the Quality Manual for the new product factory.8. Coordinating with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) for approval of the new product factory for manufacturing.

Supporting the site problem solving process. 9. Performing Quality Risk Assessments in processes and product life-cycles.
