•Assisting on the management of all sourcing and production processes•Assist on the booking and confirming of allocations and orders with factories•Assist on the monitoring of QC inspections during production•Track all styles in product timeline and update production documents daily with new style entries, status updates, purchase orders and bill of materials.•Enter technical information into design packages using excel•Organize and maintain bulk raw material library (i.e. branded trims, fabrics, etc.) And send to factories when necessary. •Assist the shipping team with checking in all garments received by factories and fulfilling orders to be sent to retail accounts.
