Kevin is Managing Principal for EPIC IMPACT™, a Division of Epic; and Chief Diversity Officer for Epic IMPACT™ is a minority-led business that includes a suite of performance-based consultative solutions that reduces casualty and operational risks at an enterprise-wide level. The IMPACT™ process is a departure from the siloed approach commonly practiced in today’s risk management environment. We integrate our team of consulting experts across multiple lines of business to create a holistic process that generates significant financial gains in risk management and operations. Kevin's primary focus is on designing company-wide programs that free up capital by reducing casualty liabilities and collateral. He is a frequent speaker at client and industry meetings on the topic of utilizing rigorous data analyses to reduce the total cost of risk. Multiple award winner for Power Broker and various Workers Compensation Programs of the Year.As Chief Diversity Officer, Kevin is responsible for embedding diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion strategies both inside and outside of Epic. Internally, Kevin works closely with Epic Leadership to ensure representation of diverse talent across the organization, including key roles; maintain an inclusive environment that provides equality of opportunity For All; and drive a culture of trust, engagement, and belonging. Community facing, Kevin leads Epic’s Supplier Diversity program to create opportunities for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) to participate in outsource services and partnerships, including MBE agency partnerships. Also, Kevin drives Epic’s goal to increase, enhance, collaborate on Minority Based Community Service throughout the company/country. Kevin is very active in community outreach. He leads the Southeast board for Youth About Business (YAB), a non-profit youth leadership development program for high school students from underserved and diverse backgrounds (youthaboutbusiness.org). As YAB alumni enter College, they intern at various corporations providing a pipeline of diverse talent to Epic and corporate America. Kevin is an active mentor, coach, and speaker at the Summer Business Camps, where students learn about complex business transactions in an immersive and experiential environment.
