After my military service, I surreptitiously found my way into the death care industry. Here I have served in multiple organizations in sales management roles where our end goal was training funeral home directors to offer pre-need services to families.With more than 25 years in the funeral and cemetery industry and having trained many individual performers, I am most inspired when I am coaching and mentoring. In fact, I have been successful in an industry where most sales pros don’t make it past 90 days.Growing revenues and market share in addition to assisting funeral directors with solutions for new pre-need insurance business are all components of my repertoire. In addition, my passion lies in both consultative selling and developing individual performers to exceed expectations.
