With over 30 years of experience at Pro Electric, starting in 1993, I’ve taken a hands-on approach to mastering every aspect of the business. My journey began in warehouse management and expeditor roles, progressed through purchasing, service management, and eventually led me to take the initiative to learn AutoCAD, outside plant engineering, design-build electrical, project management, and comprehensive business oversight. My growth in the company has been fueled by a commitment to continuous learning, taking on new challenges, and valuing the contributions of those around me. Teamwork and the knowledge shared by others have been pivotal in shaping my career, and I am deeply grateful for the support I’ve received over the years.Before joining Pro Electric, I held management roles in the service industry, where I developed a deep-rooted dedication to customer service—values that continue to drive my approach to business today. I also pursued secondary education in business management after graduating high school and enhanced my technical expertise with CAD classes in the early 2000s.In addition to my role at Pro Electric, I am the owner of KG CAD Drafting Services, established in 2004, where I blend my operational knowledge with a passion for design to provide specialized solutions to clients. My experience across various industries and roles allows me to lead with versatility, a customer-first mindset, and a focus on operational excellence, all while recognizing the importance of collaboration and shared learning in achieving success.
