Key Projects:- $150MM Greenfield dairy waste to renewable natural gas (RNG); integrated several dairies into one gas pipeline. - $100MM Greenfield Biorefinery: Achieved nameplate capacity of first of its kind sugar beet and potato waste processing into biofuels and biogas. - Wastewater Processing and Biogas Generation: Utilized centrifuges and DAFs to reduce TSS for anaerobic digestion to lower BOD; project included onsite commissioning and analytical direction. - Automatic Drum Processing Machine: Designed a robotic hydropulping system to clean (RCRA) forty 55-gallon barrels per minute fed via roller conveyors; all VOCs vented to the carbon adsorption systems.- Provided a turnkey package for rail and truck unloading facility which included PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment Datasheets, Process Description, and 2D equipment arrangement; sized equipment including storage tanks, pumps, control valves, and mixers based on unloading and cleaning several tanker cars per day.- Industrial Hygiene: Successfully developed a multiphase approach to vent and remove the flammable vapors to ensure plant air quality remains below the lower explosive limit for various hazardous chemicals, included exhaust system to entrain and remove the contaminated air, and finally air curtains added to partition the different sections of the building to prevent emissions.- Engineered a fire protection system around tank farm with flame sensors and automatic spray nozzles.- Landfill gas to electricity generation: Promoted the organization’s excellence by collecting and cleaning landfill gas for use in turbines to produce 15 MW of continuous power to local grid.

Responsible for account and project management while simultaneously managing more than 20 projects and increased gross sales with new account from $80k to $350k within six months. Steered all aspects of paradigm shift within the procurement in order to decrease key vendor costs up to 50% through competitive bidding. Key Achievements:- Accomplished an increase in the gross sales of key accounts by $2.5MM over a nine-month period.- Boosted market share of capex projects within key account by shifting account management strategy.- Optimized the profitably across all projects by standardizing best PMO practices and tools.Key Projects:- WWTP: Integrated upstream nanobubble pretreatment with 2.6 MGD MBBR system.- 7k TR Brewery Refrigeration: Evaluation and replacement of ammonia compressors, glycol chillers, and evaporators to design 30, 60, and 90-day implementation plan to reduce annual utility cost by $150k.- CIP Automation: Removed the manual swing panels and replaced with automation throughout entire brew house to minimize operator exposure to hazardous chemicals.
