As a Senior Systems Engineer with Datapac my role is quite varied. My main areas of expertise are in Exchange Messaging, Office 365, Virtualization and Active Directory. However with the extensive area of technologies covered by Datapac I have a strong working knowledge of network, firewall and security technologies also.My main role is to provide escalation support for our customer base both remotely and onsite.
