In my role as manager Schiphol Valet Parking, I take on responsibility for the vision and direction we as D&B Mobility Group maintain for the official valet parking products of the Schiphol Group. Part of my responsibilities include managing the contract with the Schiphol Group, setting targets and monitoring operational and financial targets.I support projects for improvements of the parking product, both on the customer and customer experience side and on the operational side for employees.

In my role as operations manager, I am responsible for the smooth running of daily operations, in which I am the linking factor between various shifts. I supervise employees and support the manager of Schiphol Valet Parking in setting out actions to improve Schiphol Valet Parking products.I also support planners and monitor various set targets.

As a customer service employee, I am responsible for handling questions and complaints from Schiphol Valet Parking customers. Besides assessing and handling these reports, I also take action towards relevant employees to prevent and improve the Schiphol Valet Parking parking product. In addition, I also develop possible operational improvements for the process of passing on reports and steps to prevent complaints.

As shift leader Schiphol Valet Parking, I am responsible for the daily operations. I manage a team of drivers and keep an eye on the daily targets. This includes planning tasks as well as checking and improving employees. As shift leader, I am also the point of contact for customer problems.
