I have grown up and worked in the automotive industry all my life. My father owned a body shop so I learned as a young boy some body shop skills. My father introduced me into the parts world when I was just fifteen in high school 1985. I worked for Chevrolet as warehouse help, driver, warehouse foreman and then counterperson. A few years later our dealership added Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep. In 1991 I joined our Ford dealership. In 1996 was moved to parts manager for Ford. In 2000 I was moved to Parts Director of Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep. In 2001 management added Honda, Toyota and Mitsubishi to me. In February 2004 I started at Appel Ford/Hyundai of Brenham and I currently hold the position Fixed Operations Director. I have about thirty two years experience and still learning everyday.
