Portfolio Management for Xerox's 215 North America sites (7.1M sq ft); including the Global Headquarters, office, and data center assets in US and Canada and a 5.4M sq. ft. campus in Webster, NY with 69 buildings.

Direct the Operations staff to provide facility maintenance on the Xerox campus in Webster, NY.

- Provide technical engineering support for the Facilities department at the Xerox campus in Webster. - Manage Safety, Training and MRO Material Programs.

- Led a team of 6 Maintenance Technicians to perform corrective and preventive maintenance, room setups and employee moves across seven buildings in the Rochester area. - Implemented an improved CMMS system with ability to track KPI’s per customer request.- Reviewed all subcontractor pricing and safety records.

* Conducted a cleaning assessment for an engine re-manufacturer. * Collected process times, created process flow charts, compiled data, recommended purchase of new cleaning equipment and proposed a new cleaning process to save money and become more environmentally friendly.* Conducted a cleaning assessment for a machine shop.* Collected customer cleaning requirements, designed test fixture, performed cleaning trials and assisted in writing final report. * Assisted on a facility layout project for a stamp and die cast manufacturer.

* Accepted second co-op opportunity in this area with goal to further reduce the time and costs required to manage equipment recalibration activities. Equipment information needed to be complete, provided in a user friendly format and available to all Medical R&D staff. * Successfully designed, developed and implemented a program utilizing an Access database format that effectively managed the equipment database and met all requirements.* Presented new database program and capabilities at quarterly R&D Town Hall meeting.* Received Level One Quality Award for my efforts in developing this new Access program. * Access Database is now being used for official Welch Allyn training* Performed software validation testing for new medical products.
