I thrive on talking to people and businesses about a 'people agenda' and the impact modern leadership and caring for (and about) your people has on engagement. Through research and case studies we can show the improvement in personal and business performance that true engagement brings and why organisations should focus on an integrated approach to transformational change. As a Leadership mentor for the past two years, these challenging ideas have lead to some thought provoking discussions with my mentees, enabling them to think about leadership differently in whatever business role they are in.Proud to have co-led research into the impact of engaged organisations on improved Corporate Social Responsibility / Sustainability with Dr Paul Pritchard for the Engage for Success Task Action Group.
