As Vice President of Customer Success, I am responsible for developing & enhancing customer relationships that promote retention & loyalty. As a part of establishing this organization within Steelwedge, we established a standard set of key metrics and objectives in order to ensure ongoing, quality engagement which promotes customer satisfaction and growth. Along with my Customer Success responsibilities, I am also responsible for the infrastructure supporting both internal operations and our customers along with our support organization providing 7x24 coverage for our global customer base. These three function provide a 360 degree view of our customer base to ensure we are doing the things necessary to not only help our customers succeed, but also help Steelwedge achieve our objectives in terms of customer retention and growth.

As Senior Director of the Supply Chain IT Global Manufacturing & Americas ERP organization, leading a team of over 150 resources (50% full-time employee and 50% contingent workforce) responsible for all HP Supply Chain IT global manufacturing & Americas ERP solutions with a focus on internal & external manufacturing partners & E2E Americas execution. • Active member of the Enterprise Group - Global Supply Chain Operations staff providing for a single point of contact from an HP-IT innovation & support perspective• Lead a development organization that delivered 100% of its projects on-time in FY14 – contributing over $200m in direct benefits back to the company• Currently leading the separation team focused on the solutions and applications in the global manufacturing and Americas ERP landscape necessary to split HP into two companies by the end of fiscal 2015.
