Duties include ascertaining levels of food production based upon projected guest attendance, staff scheduling, employee check-in, verifying opening inventory in all stands, equipment inspection, point of sale monitoring and troubleshooting, guest complaint resolution, training, food production, position coverage and clean-up• Ensure work environment is safe and free from harassment or discrimination by immediately addressing all safety concerns, potential hazards, accidents or incidents and ensuring sanitation standards are met.
