I have worked in the Army for over 16 years in positions of increased responsibility and a variety of environments. I have practical experience in command, organizational leadership, direct leadership, operational planning and execution, project management, process management, continuous improvement projects, data-driven decision making, data analysis and projections, logistics management, cross-cultural communication and formal evaluations. I have received formal training in staff processes, operational planning, risk management, conducting negotiations, decision support, and deployment procedures. I have lived and travelled all over the United States and the world. I am an experienced problem solver who enjoys completing projects and streamlining processes.
