Responsible for all twenty-three management decision packages (MDEPs) in the MM PEG, over $71.7B in funding, spread across five FYs and three ARNG appropriations. Program and defend $102.4B in requirements spread over five FYs that support the ARNG ES of 325K Soldiers and 26.3K Civilians. Provide analytical support to ARNG G8 & G1 on ARNG Manning resource issues surrounding Pay & Allowance, Benefits & Incentives, Medical Sustainment, Recruiting & Retention, and Army Marketing. Initiate studies, conduct database management, cost analysis, and validation of ARNG requirements. Oversee the development and training of 15+ program managers by providing analytical data, program shaping guidance, and coordinating program communication with HQDA program managers. Ensure program objectives align and support the ARNG senior leader's priorities and initiatives.

Supports the execution of ARNG $17.8B in Pay & Allowance and O&M appropriations. Conducted daily analysis on the timing and methodology of distribution of funds to the 54 states and territories. Provided monthly reviewed and response for the DFAS 1002 and coordinates consolidate response for the monthly Cost of War (COW) reporting to the HQDA. Complete and submit reporting of the bi-annual MILPERS transfer report, monthly GORP, and weekly DAB update. Supports G-8 leadership with various ad hoc reviews, by monitoring data and inform senior leader to influence decisions. Provides various briefing products to ARNG Comptroller to include mid-year review, quarterly Professional Staff Member (PSM) briefs, Monthly Execution Reviews, and PBAC briefs. Preformed Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) duties in General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) SIPR and NIPR.

Serve as the Section lead for Army National Guard Centrally Managed Accounts in the Budget Execution Branch. Conduct daily analysis on execution of the approved organizational spend plan for assigned funds centers to include obligations and expenditures for approximately $5.2B in NGPA funds. Review, obligate, and approve monthly Miscellaneous Obligation Document (MOD) submission from program managers. Calculate, obligate, and manage Retired Pay Accrual (RPA) payments across all Army National Guard programs to the trust fund.Provide monthly response to both internal and external auditors request. Review and submit quarterly response for Dormant Account Review-Quarterly (DAR-Q) and Contingency Liability (CLL). Submit annual DoD Medicare-Eligible Retiree Health Care Fund (MERHCF) payments. Serves as a NGPA Team Lead in the Budget Formulation Branch. Responsible for the oversight of three Army National Guard (ARNG) pay Plan totaling over $4.5B. Responsible for synchronizing efforts related to ARNG readiness generating programs, full-time support, and incentive programs. Develops, coordinates, and defends the NGPA Base and OCO Justification Books and rollout briefings. Develops detailed analysis to support funding requests within each budget cycle with accurate, current and relevant facts for inclusion in the Budget Estimate Submission (BES), Program Budget Review, and the President's Budget.
