As Business Area Manager, I oversee all of Quad - Sussex Inventory Control and Freight Operations. **Labor Management of 120 Full Time, and Flexible Workforce including Part Time, Seasonal, or Temporary Workers. Duties would include Wages, Reviews, Safety Engagement, Coaching / Training, Worker Schedules, Roster Headcount.**Warehouse Inventory - Sussex has two automated storage systems that hold 53,000 pallets. With the storage and retrieval of 9,000 skids per day. Using barcoding and warehouse software monitor the flow of over 500,000 pallet moves a month. **Product Delivery to Production - Monitor production schedules and create task for product delivery / removal to all production equipment. This would include 20 Perfect Binders, 12 Multi-Mailers, 8 Poly Wrappers, 8 Saddle Stichers, 17 Presses, and variety of other equipment.**Packaging of Product - Sussex Plant can produce 5,500 skids of product a day. Using 6 Automated Wrappers, with a variety of packaging options, package all product for Transportation or Inventory Storage.**Shipping and Receiving - Large production facility with high volume of Inbound and Outbound Trucking. Peak days will ship out and receive up to 200+ loads. Monitor the schedules to ensure on time deliveries for clients shipments.
