• Communicate with property managers, leasing agents, and investment sales brokers in target markets to assist with underwriting responsibilities for potential acquisitions
• Prepare acquisition investments briefs and related support material for investment committee presentations
• Manage third-party consultants during the acquisition due diligence process
• Prepare prorations workbooks and settlement statements with seller representatives and title company escrow agents during transaction closings
