To be useful to the company, an information system must be organized and coherent. The data it gathers must be of good quality, up-to-date and non-redundant. During my undergraduate internship, I mainly worked as support in web development and database administration for a company product.The company has developed a digital management platform called Campus Online Management System (COMS). This platform made it possible to manage schooling at the Catholic University of Central Africa, in particular: grades, course programming, discipline, payment of schooling.It offered the possibility to various profiles (students, teachers, administration, parents of students) to connect and carry out operations, or failing that, just consult the information.Specifically, it was about:• Design user guides specific to each type of COMS user• Feed the COMS database• Correct data entry errors• Propose technical and visual improvements (models)Other project:As a team, we also worked on a project to create the Gabon Wood Exchange website.
