Kevin grew up in the Bay Area of California listening to the Naval stories of his grandfathers and always knew he would follow in their footsteps of military service. After 11 years in the Army as an Infantryman and further service as a security contractor for the Department of State he left government service to complete his B.A and A.A.S degrees before launching Outcast Watches.
