Company co-founder and co-owner, responsible for all aspects of the Residential design-build process, from contract and budget negotiation, to rendering of full design and construction document drawing services, estimating, project construction and full construction management services. Project types include residential remodeling, additions, custom homes, historic restoration and preservation of federally designated residences, horse farm planning and barn design and construction, and light commercial projects. Took over leadership of the company in May of 2021 and lead it to a successful closing in May of 2023. After the company was restructured and renamed in 2020, the departing partners retained rights to the original name and hold the copyright to the image, which is used here by permission).

Design and construction document production, and project management for a variety of project types including custom homes, historic preservation and adaptive re-use of southern textile mill building complexes, commercial and restaurant upfits, and multi-family projects.

Team member with design and construction document responsibilities, eventually growing to project management position. Project types included restoration and adaptive re-use of federally designated historic county courthouses, fire stations and houses.

Assisted in design and production of construction documents primarily for high-quality custom homes. Also team member for production of construction documents for a university administration building.

Producing working drawings for the construction of, and remodeling of Belk department stores throughout the southeast.

Apprenticed with the Wake Forest University 'Architect in Residence', working on a variety of projects from university remodeling projects, to historic estate remodeling projects, to restaurant design.
