Responsible for leading a team of 5 direct reports (3 on-premise and 2 off-site). The core focus of the team was to develop/test/deploy ASP.NET MVC applications as well as SOAP APIs that provide Clinicians and Call Center Coaches access to Healthwise content.Duties included half-time Individual Contributor and half-time Manager. My role as Individual Contributor allowed me to stay in touch with software development as well as help drive technical direction for our applications both within my team and with other teams.
