Oversee and audit the operations and standards of the reservations department so as to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to swiftly. • Ensure integrity and accuracy of all reservations through compliance with company selling strategies, cancellation, no-show and deposit policies before or when bookings are made.• Maintain historical records of call volume, reservations, cancellations and denials to assist in forecasting future reservations estimates. Maintenance of such records is through email, computerized networked system.

• Provide a hospitable service to the standards laid down by the hotel and in accordance to Hotel standards.• Whenever possible to anticipate guest’s needs, to be aware of all written and spoken requests, to carry out these requests in a courteous and helpful manner.• To deal with cash, cheque and credit transactions and to ensure that any discrepancies are reported immediately.• To carry out all Reception duties following procedures as outlined in the S.O.P. Manual.• Posts revenue center charges to guest accounts, Receives Payments from guest accounts at check-out.
