I have been recently elected at the National President of the Union of National Employees, PSACUNE is the 2nd largest Component of the PSAC, representing:- 21000 members across 60+ employer groups, and 40+ collective agreements, within the Core Public Administration of the Federal Government,-Agencies listed as Federal Government undertakings- Separate Employers, such as Crown Corporations-Not for profit organizations under federal or provincial jurisdictionsWe have 170+ union locals, with members throughout Canada, and around the world.Active Member of the PSAC and an elected officer at the local component, or PSAC regional level since 1993.Member of 4 negotiating teams; Treasury Board SV (Table 2) - 1997 1999 and with Parks Canada Agency 2006-2009 2011-2013 and presently 2014 - onward.I have been a carded member of the federal and provincial NDP party since 1979.
