I processed payroll, accounts receivable, various monthly and bi-weekly remittances, payroll benefits, bank deposits and reconciliations, cash receipting, and journal entries. I also contributed to the budgeting process, technological issues, and customer service.

I helped customers with their banking needs. Specifically, I opened accounts, processed credit applications, and sold mutual funds and other investments. I also helped customers with day-to-day banking transactions when needed.

Seasonal summer employment while I was in university.I fixed windshields for customers. This entailed advising customers on the best way to have it repaired, collecting payment, and training other new repairmen. One customer was impressed with my customer service and that subsequently led to my current position in local government.
