Apr 2002 - Mar 2006Calgary, Alberta, CaResponsible for design, development, testing, support and maintenance for various components of M-Tech’s Identity Management product suite.I was the primary developer in charge of integrations for UNIX (AIX, Linux, Solaris, and HP-UX), CA SiteMinder, Lotus Notes/Domino, Oracle, RSA ClearTrust, Microsoft FIM, and Citrix Password Manager. In addition, I maintained and enhanced additional integrations for, Active Directory, LDAP, IBM DB2, AS/400 (IBMi), and RSA Authentication Manager. Architected and developed a solution that dramatically simplified the delivery of Lotus Notes ID files to individual workstations after a password reset. The solution also enabled native password changes in the Lotus Notes client to be captured and sent to a central server for synchronization. This solution became a prime differentiator between M-Tech and its competitors and was widely deployed. Primary architect and developer for M-Tech’s E-SSO product. This solution identified and captured credentials entered into Windows dialogs, Web Forms and TN 3270 / 5250 emulators, automatically injecting them back when the dialog is displayed again.Overhauled encryption architecture and legacy security protocols setting the foundation for a new modular and pluggable encryption framework.

My first 16 months at Codefast were part of an Internship program at the University of Calgary. The Internship was extended into a full time position while I finished my degree. My work at Codefast.com was primarily done in C, HTML, and JavaScript, but I was also involved with Win32 and Motif GUI programming.
