Manage marketing and operations budget of $1M annually Develop monthly executive level presentations that cover the financial aspects of the program Creation and leadership of monthly calls with HR and IT executives from various industries to discuss the program's issues, bounties, and success. Development of weekly IT calls to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues and new partner enrollment. Training and development of call center employees to ensure that customer issues are resolved in one touch.
