Executed government-funded project to help Taiwanese industrial companies improving the environmental performance in their operations. Working with different subject matter experts, I consulted factories on improving their energy efficiency, minimizing water usage, and reducing waste generation. Consulted a semiconductor company in implementing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculation and audit, in accordance with Taiwan EPA guidelines. The results of these GHG emission calculations were compiled and reported in the companies’ corporate social responsibility (CSR) report. Guided an external power supply (EPS) company in reviewing its supply chain, design, and production operations to prepare for the 2009 implementation of the European Union’s Ecodesign Directive on energy-using product (EuP).
