Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by construction projects and have made it my career focus. Throughout my career, I've focused on two main goals. Secondly, I am committed to ensuring the happiness of our clients and team members. My approach involves creating an environment of trust and open communication between clients, field personnel, and our office team. Construction projects can be stressful, regardless of whether they involve building from the ground up or smaller maintenance tasks. By fostering a team environment based on trust, we can support one another, reduce stress, and deliver high-quality projects on time.I have instilled this supportive atmosphere in my team and authored a series of children's books featuring a chicken working in the trades. These books emphasize the importance of doing your best, staying healthy, and being kind.
