This is me, Kevin Krautwurst.I am currently 23 years old and I distinguish myself through the awareness of balancing based on the situation of every problem (quick action VS planning, pragmatic VS mystic, detail-oriented VS seeing the whole picture, ...) while also knowing that every human being will naturally tend more to one side, my ability to see a problem from different angles and my structured approach to problem solving, my interests in many different fields and my knowledge of them tying together in sometimes unexpected but logical ways.I study Computer Science (IT) at the Technical University of Darmstadt and I am currently planning to get my Master in both Computer Science as well as Neuroscience/Applied Psychology after that.With my father being an IT Consultant and having been able to see a lot of his work, I have had experience and a great interest in everything involving Computation since my early childhood. In my freetime I was able to make many small games as well as finishing one at my university in the field of Serious Awareness Gaming and I am currently using that knowledge and experience to work on a personal game project of bigger scale in my freetime. I have also won a scholarship in a national contest with the aim of writing a Python client for the best Computer Player for a boardgame, had an internship at EUMETSAT with a focus on getting to know tasks in the Control Room, have visited Japan and Brazil on my own living together with Japanese/Brazilian families (and studying Japanese and Portuguese on my own), gained a lot of insight at the German Student Academy (DSA) into applications of Python for Molecule Simulation and Quantumchemistry basics and composing music on my Computer in Digital Audio Workstations as a hobby.In my day to day actions I put great emphasis on stilling my never ending thirst for self-improvement, knowledge inside as well as outside my personal fields and interests, intellectual humility, self-awareness, respectful communication and listening as well as making significant steps towards my goals and visions.This is where I also have a lot of experience with giving advice to people with mental health problems and receiving that help from people myself in the past as well as today still.I wouldn't be here today if not for all the wonderful people in my life who had an impact on the path my journey has taken up until to this point. So these are not just my achievements, every achievement is built on the achievements of others as well. And I really want to put an emphasis on acknowledging them here.
