As the Training Manager for the Edison Engineering Program (New Hire development program), Kevin was manager of the technical training program that helps young adults gain knowledge about GE Power Engineering Sciences. The program lasts 2 years and works with local colleges to have the students earn a Master’s degree in Engineering and teach GE processes and leadership skills that will help them further their careers.
