About Kevin Park

I’m a senior digital marketing professional with a recent background in the tier-1 consumer electronics category and agency experiences in consumer retail, wireless and internet communications, retail finance, travel, and print media. I have a deep technical knowledge of all major digital marketing tactics such as SEO/SEM, online marketplaces, programmatic display, email, and web/app experience optimization. Combined, they translate to a versatile leadership style that’s ideal to lead a multi-faceted team with different technical backgrounds. I’m also comfortable being in a start-up team that needs to move fast within a large organization and I’ve successfully worked on various transformational projects most recently at HP and a few years ago working directly with the founders of Faire, a company valued at US 12.4 billion dollars as of November 2021.As Head of Digital Marketing in Canada, I led the only team at HP that managed projects on both the customer acquisition side and the online shopping experience on the retail side. I learned from this experience the value of marketing and product operating under the same umbrella to allow marketing insights to influence customer experience design. I worked closely with our key retail partners, online marketplaces, and multidisciplinary HP teams to drive national marketing strategies, shared learnings and best practices with other HP markets, and developed long-term plans to gain market share in the digital ecosystem. My key projects include the migration of account ownership from agencies to in-house, partnership management between HP and retail coop partners, and driving new strategies and custom tech solutions based on big data collected from our web properties and various HP devices.Before joining HP, I worked as Independent Digital Marketing Consultant. I primarily served clients who needed a complete roadmap and integrated marketing services to ramp up their digital marketing from zero. Some notable clients that I’ve done work for are Octapharma (pharmaceutical), Skyscanner (travel search engine), and Faire (B2B marketplace) and I continue to work in a consulting capacity for some clients that I’ve known for 5+ years.
