I have worked in football and sport for the last 26 years. During this time, I’ve gained management and leadership experience at a progressional club (& trust), local authority and national governing body. I was responsible for heading up a Dundee Football Clubs children’s academy programme and community development department. More recently I’ve led in the strategic development of Scottish football club governance structures, as well as player, facility & workforce development. I lead a team of staff to support with the business development side of supporting clubs. Acting as Scottish FA regional partnership manager for east region of scotland, I have experience of working with senior members of local and national government and national corporate partnerships. I’ve extensive experience in strategic planning and am currently the strategic lead for Scottish FA Grassroots strategy - Football for All. In addition, I’ve had experience at board level supporting the development of many club boards and currently serving as a board member of Walking Football Scotland and Arbroath FC Community Trust. I was also responsible for leading the creation of Arbroath FC community trust and was intern chairperson at its inception.
