Leveraging my critical thinking ability and professional experience, I relentlessly pursued the truth around megatrends and identified implications for TE, with a particular focus on Industrial and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Automotive and Electric Vehicles, Appliances, and other electronics industry verticals. Managed the development and introduction of new stationary energy storage and high voltage battery products and systems into the existing operational environment as Tesla continued to expand across new product lines and geographies. Led cross-functional teams to ensure engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain validation targets have been met in accordance with product launch timelines. I was personally responsible for critical pre-production build management, product validation, factory readiness, SIOP, product life-cycle management, and successful tactical implementation of the program into production. Led supply chain and manufacturing operations consulting engagements, primarily for clients in industrial, aerospace & defense, and life sciences industries. Specific areas of expertise include value stream transformations, organizational design, production system implementations, supplier collaboration, transportation and logistics optimization, and process design and improvement (lean/six-sigma). During my time at Deloitte, I discovered that I'm personally motivated by my relationships with my teammates and my conscientious leadership style effectively motivates others.

Evaluated product portfolio complexity reduction as a viable strategy in the pharmaceutical industry during my graduate thesis research and MBA internship at Novartis. Designed an analytical product portfolio review process to continuously measure operational complexity that successfully reduced the product portfolio size by 10% during initial implementation while improving margin and sales efficiency. My immediate working team included individuals from six countries and four continents. The power of diversity was extremely evident and is something I continue to appreciate.
