I tutor students in the field of mathematics, physics and engineering sciences on a weekly basis.

• Leading a team of 8 to organize events on a weekly basis. (20.000 visitors yearly)• Succesfully expanded and professionalised the image of VTK events.• Beeing part of the bord of directors and representing the students of the engineering faculty at KU Leuven.• Managing the budget, logistic and media of the flagship events, like the yearly prom.

•Responsible for integrating and welcoming all first-year engineering students. Organizing, budgeting and managing a team to organize welcome activities including a weekend for over 150 participants.•Efficiently leading teams of 50+ students organize larger and smaller activities.•Representing the voice of freshman students in the Permanent Education Committee (POC) of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences.

• Building a concept and brand from the ground up. It has become a two day festival with 12.000 visitors, 3 stages and has received the title of "Official opening of the academic year of KU Leuven"• Coordinating a team of around 15 people and 500 volunteers of 8 different non-profit organization.• Making connections with local authorities and partners to build up a well working logistic system.
