(Contribution margin, Profit margin, Inventory turn…)Main tooling contact window of customer service and corrective and preventive action in the overall company.Involved in the quality events to use quality tools for the process improvements.Work with the cross functional team to have clear schedule. Report Directly to: GM with 10 subordinates project engineers.Achievement:Introduce and expand Dell Deimos/Phobos, Red Octance Guitar Hero/ Drum II business in plant successfully. Maintain and keep improvement in Dell Computing program IBM Server/ SanDisk Memory/ Amazon/ Microsoft on high profitable level and customer satisfaction. Initiated wearable Fitbit/Basis/Nike program successfully .
