Finance Transformation – Large National Health System (Management Consulting role)• Deployment lead and process expert for a customized Hyperion Planning budgeting solution for 15+ hospital chains• Provided requirements documentation, change management support, functional support, and product support• Developed training materials and served as lead trainer for multiple three-day finance user sessions with 75+ participants ranging from director to analyst level. Also developed and lead department manager training with 600+ hospital administrators ranging from CFO to manager level attendees• Designed and tested add-ons to the budgeting solution that improved user experience and decreased process time

Finance Transformation - Large National Health System• In a test environment, processed and validated General Ledger, GL Intercompany and Accounts Payable files within PeopleSoft. AP files were further processed using Applications Lifecycle Management (ALM)• Tested a customized process in PeopleSoft that uploaded and validated multiple CSV files for testing and validation of payroll deduction• Created process documentation/job aids for SCM, FIN and Payroll and uploaded the documents to the client SharePoint. Some KRONOS processes were also documented.• Created bi-weekly status updates
