As an Internship Service Specialist, my primary responsibility was ensuring interns' success throughout their internship experience. This involved scheduling regular check-ins with at least 20 interns, dedicating 30 minutes each to track their progress and generate reports to aid them in their roles. I served as a liaison between the interns and business partners, relaying feedback from managers to the interns. Additionally, I oversaw the onboarding of interns, which included coordinating background checks, drug screens, applications, and manager orientation.I facilitated workshops with the Corporate Engagement team and other functional staff to prepare interns for their roles, reviewing internship contracts and covering logistical details before the internship start date. As a Leadership Case Manager, I overseed assessments to determine youth's risk factors and criminogenic needs, create individualized case plans, and provide ongoing case management to moderate to high-risk youth using evidence-based practices to build life skills and encourage leadership development. As a Case Worker, my duties included conducting initial intake and assessments for clients and their parents. I attended court hearings and submitted reports on behalf of the clients promptly. I also monitored clients through school and work visits, daily curfew phone check-ins, and face-to-face meetings. I facilitated services that clients were referred to and created individual service plans for youth.

As a Lead Program Leader, my job was to provide program orientation, encourage involvement and maintain monthly contact. I also had to respond to parents' concerns and communicate regularly about their children's progress and performance.
