About Kevin Lynch

As a Chief Executive Officer leading the amazing team in a category of one company fulfilling it's critical mission as the Cyber Advisory and Solutions Partner, I focus my time on four areas: (1) strategy (where to play, how to win, overall direction, standards, expectations, policy); (2) capital allocation (where to apply all forms of our capital - economic, human, focus) to the highest return, to our income statement, our balance sheet, and to value for our shareholders, employees and partners; (3) culture, how to shape and influence, how to lead by example and how to inspire examples to emerge irrespective of hierarchy; and (4) battle rhythm, or the pace and cadence of our organization - in a world where 2/3rds of the world GDP has been digitized, SPEED is the new basis of competition, and as such the CEO must be the catalyst for the organization achieving a higher clock speed.Beyond responsibilities, I bring many passions to my role, and those things where I invest time and commitment outside the office. I love and embrace the very notion of empowering the next generation of leaders, I think it is the single most effective way to leave a durable and positive legacy and imprint on the world, not just in terms of leadership, but also a continued investment in talent, skills, and collaboration. When we convene with purpose, exceptional things happen. My family remains bedrock for me, among all things, both present and departed, and in the proverbial twilight of what remains of time, I periodically enjoy unplugging from the digital face and enjoying some analog experiences like vinyl albums and driving a well built vintage air-cooled Porsche.
